Pipe Bursts in Basement Ceiling

SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park recently received a call from a home-owner in Severna Park with water in their basement from a burst pipe in the ceiling.  The Severna Park basement had about 2 inches of clean water from the incident.  Some of the basement hallway carpet had to be removed. 

Our SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park crew suctioned the standing water and then used high powered dehumidifiers to dry out the space. Speed was important on this job so that work could not be delayed.
