Storm in Annapolis MD
Late on a Sunday evening, the homeowner went into the basement of their Annapolis home and stepped in water. SERVPRO Annapolis/Severna Park received a call about 10:30 of water in a basement flowing from the sump pump. Our response team was dispatched and able to stop the flow of water. The cause of the water was storm damage from a sump pump overflow in the partially finished basement.
Although we were able to quickly dry the floor, the floor as well as the baseboards needed to be removed. All the water was extracted and the closet as well as the basement were completely dried.
