Mold Remediation in Davidsonville

This customer thought they could handle taking care of a small water damage themselves instead of calling in the professionals.  You can see the little black box in the before photo which is an over the counter moisture absorber, which was unable to remove all the moisture from this space.  As time passed they began to notice dark spots being to appear on the walls.  They wiped them off with some soapy water. After doing this several times over a couple weeks they realized the mold contamination was spreading.  At this time, they called our team to contain, remove and restore the space.
