Soot Damage in Annapolis Building
The alarms are going off, tenants are looking around to assess the situation. No one smells smoke, or sees any fire so they relax a little and wait for the responding sirens. The firefighters arrive in full gear and boots fresh from large fire call. They go floor by floor to survey the building and make sure, this is only a false alarm. Great news, no fire or smoke to be seen. Everyone was very grateful that all that was left behind was soot from the dirty boots and gear that swaggered through the halls. SERVPRO was called in to wipe the walls and clean the carpets in the common areas. Everyone left happy this was not a worse situation.
