Fire in Severna Park spreads through ductwork

In the winter months when people have their fireplaces roaring and heat cranking extra precaution should be taken. Heating units and fire places should be inspected each season before use.  This will alert homeowners to any loose fittings, blockages or faulty settings.  If any issues are discovered it is best to have them all taken care of before using the systems.  

This Severna Park home had extensive fire damage that was spread via the duct system.  Fire was moved from the main floor to the upstairs bedrooms through the duct work system.  

Our technicians were able to remove all the drywall and duct work so that restoration efforts could begin.
