Water Removal Experience

SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park worked at an Arnold property when the hot water heater flooded the kitchen. The water damage caused by the heater required professional cleanup. The water flowed through the hardwood floors and crawl space, which effect all the insulation. Much of the hardwood floors were removed on the main level as well as baseboards.  In addition, our team dried the wall cavities. In the utility room, ceramic tile was removed so the sub floor could be dried out.
