A local Anne Arundel County dental office called SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park to remediate the mold in their office crawlspace. The insulation throughout the crawlspace was removed and discarded. All visible framing and masonry walls were HEPA Vacuumed and washed with an EPA registered disinfectant.

The heavily contaminated floor joists were sanded down to expose the clean framing and finally, encapsulated. During the cleaning process SERVPRO installed multiple HEPA filters to remove contaminants from the air to maintain a clean environment. The tiniest amount of water or condensation can quickly (24-48 hours) create mold growth.
