When you call SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park to come to your home for a water damage don’t be surprised if the operation manager himself shows up to assist. 

This job in a Cape Saint Claire neighborhood presented trouble to the service team, they were having difficulty getting into the crawl space because of the limited size of the area.  Once Nick arrived and gave the crew some pointers, he decided to take a tour of the crawl space himself.  

Although some employees are worried about being in a restricted space as well as the critters that might be inhabiting the space our fearless leader led the way and showed these guys how to get the job done regardless of the obstacles you encounter.
